The set comes with 2 handles and an extender handle, however even the shorter handle is too long - not allowing for the large coffee urn to settle properly into the base. I do not recommend using it with the Brewstation. I have the Hamilton Beach 48465 Brewstation Summit Ultra 12-Cup Programmable Coffeemaker and this filter set does not fit properly. I had to cut the smaller handle to make it work. The coffee does have a better taste when using this filter but the cost for each of these is a bit high.Know upon buying this for the Hamilton Beach 48465 Brewstation Summit Ultra 12-Cup Programmable Coffeemaker that a bit of modification is necessary.Added on 3/11/10 - I have stopped using this due to the difficult nature of fitting it in the coffee maker.
Have late model Brewstation deluxe and had to cut the handle so I could assemble the pot for use. This is the filter that Hamilton Beach recommends, but makes no mention of having to be modified. This filter does not fit all model. Works great otherwise.
Kind of silly And unnecessary when the handle is reusable. I quickly ordered this without reading the full description and was disappointed to see on delivery that there are only two pods in the package and each comes with it's own handle. I would not order this product again but instead will search for a vendor selling the filter pods only.
Based on the size and weight it would most likely be less than $3 for First Class or worse case, Priority flat rate for under $5 I really don't need them sent via a big shipping company. I have to agree that the availablility of these things is a problem. The trouble I'm having is the fact that these places want to charge me $10+ to ship them. Send them with the US Postal Service for goodness sakes.
My family is a loyal fan of this particular coffee maker, however the filters are becoming more and more difficult to locate. Thank you Amazon.
